How to cancel a visit?
- In the PATIENT PORTAL of the Children's Hospital (by clicking the "Cancel" button)
- By sending an e-mail in free text to the e-mail address: pieraksti@bkus.lv
- By calling 80708866 (on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00)
- By canceling an appointment during a robocall (two days before the scheduled visit)
- By responding to a reminder text message or reminder e-mail
- If something unexpected has happened, the appointment can also be canceled on the day of the visit in the PATIENT PORTAL (the "Atteikt" button is active a few hours before the appointment time), or as soon as possible after 8:00 by calling: 80708866.
Canceling a visit almost at the last minute can give another child a chance!

- By calling 80708866 (on weekdays 8:00 to 17:00)
- If you want to ask a question about the visit, write to: pieraksti@bkus.lv. Customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible, but no later than within three business days.
- You can sign up for a remote pediatrician consultation in the PATIENT PORTAL. You can sign up for an in-person pediatrician consultation in acute cases by calling 80708866 (on weekdays 8:00 to 17:00) or in the PATIENT PORTAL.
